Guidelines for PM&D

PM&D is designed to cover probation, confirmation and ongoing performance management. This means, for example, that if a staff member completes a PM&D annual performance review it will cover the requirments for a confirmation review (where applicable) and incremental progression. Here are the guidelines for PM&D where:

• a probation review is due
• a confirmation review is due
• an annual review and review where incremental progression is due
